and preparation, we will conduct an on site auction of the property. As
your auctioneer,
I will work very hard to
get you the highest possible bid for your property. This will eliminate
the need for lengthy
and expensive inspections
and the best part is that at the auction you, the owner, will have the
right to say no to the
